為(wei)(wei)進一步(bu)加(jia)強施(shi)工組(zu)織(zhi)設計專業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)設計水平,我室近(jin)期專門召(zhao)開(kai)了專題會(hui)(hui)議,集(ji)中研究(jiu)施(shi)工專業(ye)(ye)今后的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)方向和具(ju)體(ti)措施(shi)。會(hui)(hui)上,大家一致認為(wei)(wei)最有效的(de)(de)(de)辦法是靠理(li)論聯(lian)系實際;具(ju)體(ti)措施(shi)是選擇具(ju)有代表性的(de)(de)(de)工程施(shi)工項目(mu)作為(wei)(wei)研究(jiu)對象,通過現場觀摩學習(xi),與(yu)施(shi)工單位溝(gou)通交流,再通過內部召(zhao)開(kai)專題討(tao)論會(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)方式(shi),歸(gui)納總結,融(rong)會(hui)(hui)貫通,達(da)到學習(xi)提高的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。
沭(shu)水(shui)東調(diao)作(zuo)為我室選定(ding)的(de)(de)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)專題(ti),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)目(mu)(mu)前主要(yao)進(jin)行施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)支洞(dong)(dong)開(kai)挖。5月21號,我室組(zu)(zu)(zu)成學(xue)習(xi)(xi)小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu)(zu)(zu),前往沭(shu)水(shui)東調(diao)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)(di)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)。到達目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)地(di)(di)之(zhi)后,學(xue)習(xi)(xi)小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)在項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建設指(zhi)揮部工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員的(de)(de)帶領下進(jin)入隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)鉆爆工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面,重(zhong)點觀察了(le)洞(dong)(dong)內(nei)定(ding)向、開(kai)挖、裝(zhuang)渣、運(yun)輸出渣等(deng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)流(liu)程與(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,分析了(le)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)圍巖支護(hu)方式是否與(yu)原設計(ji)一致,察看了(le)洞(dong)(dong)內(nei)風水(shui)電管線及避(bi)車洞(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)布(bu)置情(qing)況。同時,小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成員與(yu)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員進(jin)行了(le)仔細地(di)(di)交流(liu),詢(xun)問(wen)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)關鍵性技(ji)(ji)術(shu)參(can)數,重(zhong)點關注具體(ti)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong)的(de)(de)難點、設計(ji)中(zhong)的(de)(de)待(dai)改進(jin)之(zhi)處。5月22日上午,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建設指(zhi)揮部部組(zu)(zu)(zu)織現(xian)場(chang)(chang)監(jian)理(li)和(he)3個標段的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)企業(ye)共四家(jia)單(dan)位(wei)召開(kai)設計(ji)協(xie)調(diao)會(hui),針(zhen)對施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)發現(xian)的(de)(de)疑問(wen)與(yu)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)設代組(zu)(zu)(zu)成員及學(xue)習(xi)(xi)小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成員進(jin)行了(le)溝(gou)通(tong)。
返回后,學(xue)習小組成員及時進行(xing)(xing)資料的(de)收集和整理(li)工(gong)作,先由原參與項(xiang)目設計的(de)人員進行(xing)(xing)梳理(li)、研究,并(bing)對(dui)照規范、結合(he)實際(ji)的(de)施工(gong)工(gong)藝重新整理(li),下一步再(zai)在室(shi)內進行(xing)(xing)推廣學(xue)習,以期(qi)為今后類似工(gong)程(cheng)設計打下理(li)論和實踐基礎。
